All Visitors seeking entry shall need to declare that identification to the security who shall enter the data in the provided Visitor Form with details like visitor name, vehicle registration details, resident's details etc & a RFID Card shall be issued to the Visitor.

Upon displaying the same card to the RFID Reader, the boom barrier shall open allowing the visitor to gain entry. Closure of boom shall happen the same way as of resident. On exit time for the visitors, there shall be RFID Card Drop placed near the exit boom barrier & the barrier shall only open AFTER the card has been dropped in the box & read/validated by the card reader placed inside the box
